Motivation Station
Hey fitness friends Kaitie, Sallie and Niki here. We wanted to discuss some tips we are using to stay motivated during this crazy time. Niki's best tip is to lay out your workout clothes the night before. This helps to keep her accountable. Sallie likes to take a shower as soon as she gets up. Showering first thing in the morning makes her feel refreshed and ready for the day. Kaitie likes to make a to-do list the night before. Checking things off a list makes her feel accomplished. One thing we can all agree on is consistency is KEY! Some other tips we have are: checking in with your friends, sticking to your morning and bedtime routines, laugh at least once a day (which is easy for us) and make sure you sweat a little!
