Perfectly Fit was originally founded in 1989 by Sallie Kinser and her sister Cindi. At the time, they were trying to juggle being full time instructors and full time moms of young kids. At the beginning Sallie and Cindi were taking personal training to the homes of their clients. After several years, Cindi decided to take a step back from fitness and Sallie decided to keep Perfectly Fit going.
In 2020 Sallie teamed up with two of her daughters, Kaitie and Niki, to expand the company and take it online. They have each worked together in a gym setting and decided to band together to create unique personalized programs. With over 50 years of combined experience in different specialities, working with all ages and fitness levels, you will truly be getting a one of a kind workout.
Kaitie is a former NCAA Division 1 gymnast with a deep passion for fitness and helping others. While working with this specialized group of people she continued to grow her love for fitness by getting her Group Fitness Certification. She then started teaching at Equinox and Orangetheory. Kaitie loves helping people exceed their goals and feel confident in their skin!
